Spring Cleaning the Natural Way

Ok. Seriously, I KNOW it is a bit weird to start your day off with a really weird image staring you down - but I couldn't resist 😂😆🤣!

Picture of person excited about natural options

For those of you that have absolutely no idea who I am - HI! I'm Vanessa :) An absolute lover of all things natural and free of toxins (those pesky things that want to infiltrate our every waking moment and degrade our health). I took this pic just the other day on a beautiful overcast morning while the birds were literally overhead chirping, and my kiddos were getting totally painted at their church mess fest for spring break….yep - totally painted.

Of course, I started thinking of all of the cleaning that would need to be done when we got home 🧼🧽🍋🧹and then that got me thinking of the dreaded “spring cleaning” and all the to-do's that are on my spring cleaning list.  It used to be “dreaded” becuase of the inability to find good and NATURAL spring cleaning products for our home. Now, although it is not my favorite thing to do (I would much rather be in the shop creating ;), I LOVE knowing that everything I use to clean with, wash with, and cleanse the air with are all NATURAL, and I KNOW what goes into each and every product.

You can't say the same with many other products you buy off the shelf at the market. In fact, when I first began this journey into natural wellness support I was overwhelmed with the options, was not sure what to use, and had no idea that there were “hidden” ingredients that were still considered toxic to our bodies and long-term wellness.  It seemed that the options that were the “best” choices were also the most expensive.  With a family of five, it did not help at all buying all of the natural options on the shelf - so I went on a journey to find the best products I could DIY for a fraction of the cost at home.

From spring cleaning to simple everyday routine tasks, knowing that the products we use and the effects that they have on the people in our home is truly important to me, and if you are here reading this, then I know without a doubt it is important to you.  Because you are here and want the same thing I decided to share some of my favorite recipes that I use ALL THE TIME with you!

I am taking my SIX FAVORITE natural spring cleaning DIY recipes and sharing them here with you.
